Honda aero rebuild kit

Post by Rampage »

Hello i was wondering does anyone know where to get a good quality rebuild kit for the 1985 honda aero. are the stock honda parts still available? I think this motor is specific to a few years but not sure. Not interested in any Chinese made kits.

What is your scootersÔÇÖ model number? NB50? We have to assume itÔÇÖs the 50cc model.
Fact is, the Aero was also made in a 125cc and 80cc model that year.

I have this link to check out if you want. I have not used this myself but I have made plenty of purchases from same guy over the years and he is great to deal with. He gives information about the bbk just scroll down and read it. Good idea to follow the directions if you have not done this before. There are other kits around so just search it on the web. Hope this will help you! Good Luck

Greetings:

This is the kit you need. With a good pipe and proper carb and variator tuning, it will RIP on stock gearing and approach 60 MPH with tall gears.

I would get the pipe from treatland if it becomes available again, but all of those bores that have been shown are based off of the stock transfers. If you can find an older airsal kit for a Honda vision or Peugeot rapido, that will be an aluminum/nikasil bore and you will be much happier as soon as you bolt it on. Works well with stock carb and pipe, as well as aftermarket parts.
