Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I can add power to the yellow with red stripe at the starter relay.then it will start. Is there another safety switch,that would make the starter not engage.

Elite 50 won't crank over. Add power to the yellow with red stripe at starter relay starts and runs. What should I check.

Each brake lever mount has a switch built into it that works when you squeeze the brake lever. Squeeze either brake lever when you press the starter button and report back what happens.

Here's a diagram of the circuit. I highlighted the alternate circuit path you created by jumpering +vbatt to relay yellow/red stripe wire.
