Minimal items needed to run a spree?

I'm looking to do my own version of what car drifters call death karts with a spree I have stripped down for parts.

I have sold all the plastics, and it leaves me with the entire drivetrain and a sexy looking frame and handle bars.

My idea is to make it run with just the basics needed.

What would that be?

Does anyone know if anyone who has stripped down a spree to make it lighter and had good results?

 “Death cart” sounds like it would have more than 2 wheels?
That picture of the “naked” scooter has a much better motor in it than the original one. :worship:

For those that don't know, he's referring to this:

The idea is that you remove all un-needed metal (including doors and such) in the ultimate weight-lightening activity. It's completely analogous to what Burnt did with his Spree. A few of my buddies are doing these now; mid-80's Corvettes are popular.
