1984 1985 Spree Throttle valve and needle- where to replace

I just found a cheap spree ( my 4th ) that I bought cheap. Most of the time they are very simple to get running. This one is missing the throttle valve, spring, needle, and clip. Usually these are considered wear items, but I can't seem to find them available for purchase. So does anyone know how to get them? I found a rebuild kit for over $30 ( has the throttle needle, along with pretty much every other carb part, but it DOESN'T have the throttle valve in that kit ( or spring ). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
