How do I remove the throttle cable from carb? I've searched everywhere for detailed instructions and all it says is (lift it up and put) which doesnt work for me, and isnt very specific

A service manual can be found here http://hondaspree.net/wiki/index.php5?title=Main_Page

It says to remove cap which I know it means to Unscrew the cap and pull out. You may need to use a pair of pliers to un-thread it.Further instructions are in the manual. Are you cleaning the carburetor? or replacing the cable?

Trying to clean the carb. You may be right, as upon cross referencing with throttle replacement videos I see that the cap that contains the throttle cable may be threaded? I have owner manual and will check for any further info

Click on the link I provide and select service manuals. It has diagrams and there’s also a technical information section on how to properly clean the carburetor. http://hondaspree.net/wiki/index.php5?t ... al_Section
