1992 Honda Elite 50cc Carb Assembly

Where can I find more information/instructions in how to put the carb back together on a 1992 Honda Elite 50cc?

I need to know how to set up the carb for first run after putting together including air/gas mixture. set/adjust the screws.

The carb had been taken apart and I need to put everything back together including the jet stream and screws.

Yeah, I did download the manual. Was hoping for something more specific to the screws. I will give the manual another shot and this time, word by word.
