I cannot figure out how to make my turn signals (both front and rear) work. My headlight, tail light, horn, high beam indicator etc. all work and I just replaced the battery. I have checked the grounds on the front turn signals and they are both good. When I measure the current running in the front turn signals when they are switched on, they increase from 0 to about 0.22 V (obviously not enough). In terms of the rear turn signals, they are being sent the full 12.3 V when the signals are turned on, but the bulbs don't light up! I have tested the bulbs for continuity and all are good. Any advice about what I should check or try in order to get them going again would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
