does honda vision mini/pre 86 spree have a vacuum line?

I recently got a vision mini and I know that they are similar to the spree but it doesn't have a vacuum-operated petcock. and I just bought this carb
https://www.pedparts.co.uk/product/5370 ... -minarelli and it has a vac inlet so basically, my question is can I use this carb without the line from the carb going anywhere?

Plug the vac inlet barb by capping it off. You do not want air entering there.

Yes, you can use it, but not going to be easy to engage the choke with body panels in place.
