87 Spree Rattle/Grinding in handlebar area

Hi SpreePeeps,
Would you mind taking a little test ride with me to listen to this odd rattle/grinding sound? It only comes with the throttle wide open and the speed above 25. From what I can tell the sound is coming for the handlebar area. None of the plastic panels seem to be loose up there. I am wondering if it is something mechanical? Most of all, I'm wondering if it is a problem.. or a normal scooter sound.
It's a 1986 with 5,500 miles, everything stock as far as I can tell (it is new to me)
