Replacement for 1986 Spree carb mixture screw

I have an original stock Keihin carb on my spree but missing the mixture screw. I cant find the original 16016 GK8 871 or 16016 197 004 anywhere online. Can I use a replacement which is readily available that would fit? Can anybody direct me to where i cam buy one. Thanks.
