Oil leak

So I’ve apparently got a small oil leak somewhere that seems to drip down the kickstand and onto the ground. Any ideas where that could be coming from?
It has the original oil line from the oil tank to oil pump so I suppose that could be the issue. Anyone know what size ID line I can use to replace it?
