New scooter owner need help with reading manual

Hi All,
I've inherited a 1984 honda nq50 that seems in pretty good shape. I've never really worked on vehicles before so please excuse the very basic level of knowledge I have.
My question is what type of oil do I put in the white container near where the battery is located?
When reading the manual it mentions both 2 stroke injector oil and SAE 10W-40.
