For a start, you could tell us what kind of bike you are having issues with.
Have you done a compression check ?

I have a honda spree nq50 1985. The compression is 140 psi kn the electric start and I don’t know why fuel is not getting to the engine. I checked the vacuum and couldn’t feel any suction

Have you inspected the reeds ?
Do you have the original airbox in place with a clean filter ?
Have you tried running the engine with a alternate fuel supply...a bottle feeding directly into the carb ?

I think that I found the problem, the reeds were closed air tight shut
