Elite 50 RPM, How to Measure

The manual states the RPM should be around 1,800

How are you folks measuring the RPM?

I have an inductive type device, that attaches to the spark plug wire.

There are many options but the popular choice is the TrailTech. Its accurate, inexpensive, reliable and easy to install.
