I got my second starter relay in the mail yesterday. Don't know if it makes a different but I bought the more expensive one. when I took apart the connection plug the female end of the plug was totally melted. So that's what is causing the by pass and the random turning over of the motor. Will have to find a new female end and some how wire it to the short wire coming off the battery. I could use crimp couplers or old school solder. Any ideas on why this melted? The fuze is the original one. I did run the battery for a while hooked to a powerful jumper pack but I don't think that would overload the system. nyway I have to find the wired female plug for the starter relay. Call me down but not out. The small amount I rode the scooter was really fun and I'm determined to get this worked out. thanks
