Alarm and Remote Start amongst other things

Does anyone know which wires Im going to need to connect my remote start to when I hook it up to my 1999 Elite Sr? Also after doing a full tune up and changin out my airfilter my scooter is idling like crap, would I want to turn the idle screw in or out to correct this problem? And finally when I the highspeed pulley kit for it what kind of speeds can I expect? I can get it to go 35 w/o any problems on flat ground rather quickly and it will top at like 40-43 down hill I guess (if you punch it dead stopped it will almost hop up the front wheel)
