85' Aero Dies/Boggs out when riding

Recently bought an 85' Aero with 1400 miles on it.Had not run in years.Cleaned out old gas and oil.Cleaned fuel screen and oil line screen.Cleaned carb.Installed new air filter and throttle cable.Fixed flat.Lubed all cables.New battery.New plug.Checked bystarter operation and it is good.Got the bike started easily.Idles great, timing right on ,battery charging seems good.Now when we try riding it starts to die and what I call bogging out. It will rev nice on center stand, but when riding it takes a dump.Fuel bowl seems to stay full.Any ideas?
