86 spree bogs out when I twist throtal.

I took apart carb and cleaned it,put new gas in tank also new battery.Won't start with electric start,but I can kick start it runs but won't idle and boogs out if I accelerate.I have tryed adjusting screw,and I have moved it all the way in and then backed it out counting turns,it seems to start better with the screw adjusted in,and I can keep it running for about 30 seconds but it won't take the gas,and then stalls.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I wanted to take it to an antique Bicycle swap meet in Bucyrus Ohio and sell her.It is in real nice condition,no cracks in plastic,all electrical works missing mirrors.2200 miles

Sounds like your aircleaner is disconnected. Is there a foam filter in place in the filter box?

By turning in the idle air screw you are forcing a richer misture. I agree that your air cleaner assembly may be a primary cause.
