adjusting the suspension

Post by swf »

Hello everyone,javascript:emoticon(':D')

I weight 175 lbs and my Spree seems to know it. Has anyone tried any adjustments to the suspension? I'd like a bit less bounce. Thanks

I only bounce while going over speed bumps, and when i go over speed bumps i just put pressure in my legs and half stand up, the bike does its own thing and you feel nothing.

Is the bounce in the front or in the rear?

Hello,

The bounce is in the back. I do stand up but I was hoping to remain seated. Its really not that big of a deal. I just figured if it could easily be adjusted, why not.

Thank you

It's not adjustable. You may have a worn out shock absorber. I weigh the same and have noticed the same thing.

Is there a bolt up shock absorber that would work on this that is superior to the stock item? For example, would a shock absorber off a Elite 50 or 80 work?
