Underglow on a spree

Post by apephoto222 »

There is a seller on ebay [ http://shop.ebay.com/merchant/77884sale ... Z1QQ_fromZ ] that sells both remote control units and led lighting.

What you will need:

1. on - off switch that's lighted

2. several light duty quick connectors

3. common since if i leave out simple items

4. 8 or so feet of light gauge wire

5. Led lighting of your choice

6. Velcro that is sticky on one side

7. Combination of big and small wire ties

-----------------------------------------------------------

Optional:

1. remote control switch relay [ from the seller on ebay mentioned earlier ]

2. Water-proof fuse holder
-----------------------------------------------------------

1. What i did was purchase this remote control switch relay that came with 2 remotes and 6 led pods.

Also 2 of these long led stips.. you can put as many as you want though

2. Drill a hole to put the switch on the right rear panel right underneath the seat and beside the cargo rack.

3. Run your + positive wiring from the battery to the [fuse thats optional] / switch and then to your lighting or [remote control unit which will have instructions on how to install.]

4. I put my remote control unit underneath panels and directly infront of the brake light

5. The ground for the lighting if you are using a remote control unit comes from the ground the brake light uses. Just connect into it.

6. Run wiring from the remote control unit to the general location where you want the lights to be.

7. Mount the leds where you want them with the velcro and wireties

8. Connect the wiring from the led's to the [ RCU ]

9. Anything you cought that i messed up or left out

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

When the people think your * riding your spree just flip on the leds and roll on by with one middle finger up and one on the throttle

Im going to be posting pictures when i have time of my awesome spree
