How much more can I get out of my elite?

Hey guy's I have a 94 elite sa50 with a daywot 66cc bbk,Keli 9g ,1k center,2k grabbers,90jet,9.1 gears,80/90 tires. I had the scooter clocked at 50mph with a police radar gun(friends a cop) and thought that was a good speed. But I still think I can get more out of it. I know I have 80/90's on it but I got a good deal on them. I was wondering how much a exhaust and uni filter would help and how much more top end will I get with that upgrade. On the top end the motor is not sceam'n out and that's were I think I still have more to go. So am I stuck at 50 or do I still have room 4 improvement?

Mathematically 60 MPH is possible with 9:1 gears. Burnt_Toast had a Corsa that ran that fast, but of course on 72cc of power with all the trimmings. Flash III, a 65cc SE/05 block, ran 59MPH documented on 7.83:1 gears, probably about the same power as your 66cc. Pipe might be your current limiting factor. Remember that as Speed goes up, Reliability goes down.
