Before the new belt my bone stock spree topped out at 28mph, now its hitting 32 when I run out of road on the flat, on the slightest down grade with more room It hits almost 34mph. I cant get out on the open road yet, as my tests for my motorcycle license is not until june 5

ive read all this.. nice photo but if i was you i wood of crack the case and open it up ..the ezer the air move the more you can get throu the motor the more rpm you will get ... do you have a tack on the beast???
i wood like you to do a compression test as well no what you have done will raise it but with what ive seen on here you may be thinking of milling the head and cleaning the export as well ..

I will be doing another compression test tomorrow before I started any mods it was 150 psi
. And the cylinder has to come off soon to repair a bbroken exhasut stud so decarbon job of head and exhaust port will be done and maybe some porting on the cylinder while I have it apart. I have started practicing porting on all my other 2 strokes starting with the bicycle motor kit and had great luck so after I do one of my chainsaws and the pocket fourwheeler Ill really have the feel for it. I think I may get a new domed piston from taz because the original 84 piston is concave on top. That alone will bump the compression up a bit.

a fellow board member happened to have them hanging around and offered them to me. I LOVE them!! If you have those same reed block as the bigger set I have get a set, you won't be disappointed. My spree is a whole new machine!! It works so much better, it didn't like going downhill before even if I would keep cracking the throttle to keep from going lean it just didn't respond well. Now its like its alive. When I grab the throttle out of a turn its instantly right there smooth as can be. I'm blown away.
