Well it came with the Engine when I bought it, Says V8 on it, was blue before I powder coated it black.
How do I tell if it's a 120cc Pipe ?
I don't think the Neighbors like it when I ride by with it screaming at 9500rpm..lol
Cut the u-pipe off the convergence cone of the expansion chamber and weld that hole shut, using a small hole saw on the belly open a spot for your tail pipe and weld it into the belly. The performance will not change but the noise will greatly be reduced.
You can Google the subject of belly exit expansion chambers to get more technical information.
My pipe used to look like yours, ear splitting noise, changed to belly exit and noise greatly reduced with no performance change.
You can see the photo, to get the idea.

Thanks for the info "Johnniespeed". After a little Research I figured what the Heck and Give it a Shot and Make my Pipe into a side Bleed Pipe.. Guess what . It worked Better then I hoped it Would. After a couple rides around the Block I Noticed NO changed in the Bikes Performance. But I would say it DID Quiet it down 50-60%...
Here's a few pic of Exhaus after Mods. I still plan to remove it again so I can Sandblast and Ceramic coat it..
Are all of the sweet side exit (like johnniespeed) with the header going right instead of down custom? I've seen a few homemade on random drag race builds
The pipes ive used so far just hang to low for my combination of heavy weight 250lbs, crappie roads and the need to hit every apex.
