New exhaust, scoot barely runs

Hi guys, my Honda Vision Af05e decided to snap the exhaust, was already cracked but completely broke off.

My mate persuaded me to let him put a performance exhaust on and he welded it up etc. But the scoot is horrible now, barely 10mph uphill and keeps cutting.out on exhaust sound.

I don't have the heart to ask him to try and weld old one back on.

And advice. Can it be tuned in or need something more drastic.

Best bet is to find another stock exhaust

I thought this might be the only solution,

I need him to weld the old back on really as short on money.

Is there nothing that can be done to this one? Could the silencer part be filled with something or a washer put in to increase backpressure?

I have a tig welder but no tips at the moment, so might be able to sort something.

I have to be honest, I kinda liked the idea of having a performance exhaust but not this!

Any other mods done to the motor? What pipe did you weld up to fit it? What did it come from?

A zx stock pipe will fit.
