Re: 1995 Honda Elite
You didnt mention a few key elements.
What "1995" Honda Elite do you have? is it 50cc?-250cc?
What is your goal? High torque wheelie machine? High top speed? Balance of both?
What is your budget? Theres a few bolt-ons that get a bump in performance but serious speed requires a liquid-cooled wallet.
Have you used the "Search" feature? This topic has been discussed in great detail many times over. There are countless step-by-step Elite builds on here with detailed pictures and descriptions. They contain more information than anyone could ever answer in one post.
The best advice to you is to pull up a chair, get comfy and READ READ READ! Youve just found the motherload of information!

Prepare to bust wheelies
Re: 1995 Honda Elite
Check the sticker on the frame tube under the floorboard. It has info like VIN, year, model, etc.....Tell us if it says SA50 or SA50"P". We need to know which version of 1995 Honda Elite 50 you have...then we can go from there. That little "P" makes a difference.

Re: 1995 Honda Elite
The normal course of progression would be to DE-restrict your scoot. If this isnt fast enough for you THEN buy aftermarket parts, etc.. It has a few factory restrictions that limit performance and top speed. It has an investment of a few hours of your time and about $10 in parts (assuming you already have basic tools). The 4 elements of this process include Drilling the washer out of the Exhaust (free), Change the Carburetor Main Jet to a #78 but check to see whats in there before you order (about $10), Zip Tie open the Oil Pump (10 cents) and removing the restriction plate from the variator(free).
Do these 4 things and you'll be buzzing around at 40mph. Do what RIP said to start hitting 50-60-70, etc...for much more $$$
Search it up. Its been done a zillion times and there are plenty of write-ups with pics and info.
