i have a 94 honda elite i want more speed it goes 28 mph and i want it to go 35 or 40. can any one help me with this.

Get gears at the minimum and you'll be set, get a low cc chamber pipe and you'll have even more fun ;) all with no bore kit

9:1 gears.

it will take a hair off your take off but your top speed will boost to what you want. (maybe even a hair more)

Here is a link were you can buy your gears. Remember, stock cylinder cant go much lower then 9:1.

Can this be done with an 87??? I have been wanting to get above 25 for a long time. Would changing the air filter to a cone give me anything as well??

where are the gears and do they take a lot to change. and on vt cycle i couldnt find any thing. any where else i could buy them

vtcycles site is way out of date. Just call them up and talk to them.

this is a page i made on how to change the gears.
took about an hour and a stander set of tools.

there is one step were you will need help. you can take it to a trans shop or similar and they will do it really cheap(some times free)
