That one of those kawi 80cc racing engines?

ABS on a 2 wheeler? *!
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

that cylinder looks ginormous for a 125, either way that would be a fun scoot to ride and eventually die in a horrific fiery crash on!!!

It is a Cagiva engine and although it is probably quick to a point, it would not be fast compared to the bike the engine came out of. The wheelbase is too short, so it is really wheelie prone. Besides, it has 10" wheels on it! it would be almost impossible to change the sprockets enough to over come the wheel size. You can see the clutch cable, but not the shift lever. By any standard that is a cool ride!!!
Back to the original question; Don't hold your breath on big horse power in a scooter. I went to a horsepower shoot out one day and someone brought a Vespa or Lambretta 150 2-stroke and strapped it on the Dyno, 10hp and that was with a pipe and intake. Oh, by the way, that Vespa ran real spritely on the road, it made use of all 10hp. There is a big difference between what the manufacturers of the kits claim about horse power and what it really makes. Also the difference between crank horsepower and what gets to the ground are considerable. A cvt transmission is not the best method to move alot of power. Gears and a chain are the best way to put the power down. Where the cvt really shines is on a small scooter, it makes the best of the power available to move a fat butt!!
