well there was a Japan dio-sr made in 1990 but you claim yours is a 1997 which is a honda elite-sr and its the u.s version and it goes 45mph, the elite-s was identical but restricted to 28mph- so what model scooter did you install this engine?

i have herd that there is a bore kit for the spree. true or not

No they never made any performance parts for the spree, but i can still get a 70cc bore kit for the express and i have the rare exhaust.

Look at the trans above the drain plug if it says AF16-e then its a U.S. engine but you can convert it to a real Japan dio!

For the U.S. engine its #68 i believe the Japan dio runs a larger carb. so which engine do you have?

i decided to take the carb off and chack and it says that its a 75 so im thinkn its a japan model.....but how big would think i need it if im gonna run a K&N filter on it
