The metro forks dont look any more stronger than the elite front forks. I think i might just fork over the coin and buy all new from SSS.

Difference between the Ruck and Metro is 1/2" from center of each fork. Metro is narrow, ruck us wider. There is a member on totalruckus selling a met front end recently. Thats where i got my ruck triple, $60 shipped. Inquired a few others in the process and they ranged from $50-100 shipped for a good triple, so G9 was right there in the middle, trending value.

Here is a dude selling a Ruck triple if your interested. Can still run the MET wheel just need a bigger spacer. Ill still keep an eye out for a met triple.
