2001 elite sr50 performance/stock top speed?

NOT GPS,JUST GOING OFF THE SPEEDO SEEMS TO BE RIGHT AT 38MPH.,I WISH THE SPEEDO WENT TO LIKE 40 OR 45 FOR IT WOULD BE EASIER TO GET THE EXACT MPH WITHOUT GUESSING IT BUT IT DOES STOP AT 60KPH.(37MPH) WHEN I HAD MY SPREE IF I WAS DOING 33MPH THE POLICE RADARS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD THAT THEY LEAVE SETUP WOULD SAY 31MPH,IT WAS ALWAYS 2MPH SLOWER THAN ON MY SPREE SPEEDO.

it does have a bigger than stock rear tire,it rests on the ground on the stand and is very close to rubbing but doesnt rub.its a 3.50x10 maybe thats why it does more than 35mph.jesse1234 wrote:uh... it shouldn't be that fast if it's completely stock
