Have any idea how to post the pics JJ? I use photobucket and the old way of posting pics is not working.

ahh the good old days,

I read through all 12 pages to refresh my brain on all the zx stuff. I'm only hitting 57mph on my corsa setup now, I'm thinking either small variator, wrong belt length or possibly too stiff of contra spring may be the culprits. Gotta take everything apart and measure stuff, because its been 2 years or so since I bought my zx stuff.

Here's a nice Japanese-brand ZX pulley with beefy welds. This clutch assembly also includes the clutch shoes & springs (pic 2 on this link is a little mis-leading)

I use/ sourced an OEM SYM drive face (aka: starter motor pulley gear), SYM drive boss, and a SYM rear ZX pulley assembly from Steve @ VT-Cycles and the kick-starter gearing doesn't bind up at all. "NO shimming required".

Are there still fitment issues with the cover? After page 10 my mind began to melt

I know you can't run the rear half of the cover without some major trimming if at all. And the front half just needs a few parts smoothed out, like at the bolt holes they just need to be flattened out, along with the trans cover where the pulley sits needs to be trimmed.

Ok, so the zx trans fits without rear cover. The fitment issues are with the malossi or polini for ruckus vario...only applying to the front cover?

Greetings:

This is from memory:

Polini for Dio =90.5
Polini for Ruck = 94
