Greeting:
Excellent and worthwhile work, Mr. E. The damping effect of the carbon should cure the Wobbles, whether or not the frame is in fact stiffened. This should go in Advanced Technical.

One thing to remember Brad is that opposites do NOT attract. Pixk a mate that loves what you do.
Wheelman,, maybe it should be moved but I would like to trial it first. We spent an hour getting our truck past the entrance from the road. No time for scoots yet just survival. We heat with wood. computer is at 50% on battery. No power at home only at office.

Re: Carbonfiber frame modification
thanks for sharing elitedio. I have a similar setup (89 Elite E with a Elite S engine bolted in) which is why this has been a great interest. Very well done to you, the Mrs., and your beautiful black cat.

Oh goodie, cat help.elitedio wrote:The frame is cured enough on the secondary layup to remove the fabric. I measured the overall diameter and have .129" of carbon over the main bend and a bit more around the headset area. The back was reinforced with several layers on the rear frame area.
The white spiral lines that you see in the photo are the edges of the heat shrink fabric and have no effect on the structure. Our man in black "Cash" got in this photo.

Greetings:
Kitty is at least 2 years older than in the photo. Sadly, Mr. EDio hasn't posted in a while. He had one of the more interesting SB builds going - handbuilt pipe and all.
