i just took off my malossi 72cc kit..piston was tore up bad..so now im going to invest in another kit..im wondering what you guys think of the polini corsa..and if anyone has it what carb set up are you running with it? i currently have an arreche 19mm but just feel like thats not enough..! thanks for helping out if you can

How did you blow up the malossi kit?

in my opinion the corsa is the best kit you could possibly buy. its race ported right out of the box and its more or less blot-on performance. the 19mm is fine to use with that kit but if you use a 24mm or 28mm you'll have a lot more power.

The corsa is the best, but I wouldn't run it until you figure out what toasted the malossi. Temp gauge?

polini does make the top of the line evolution kit which i run on my gtr with a 19mm dellorto carb, bad jetting or wrong gear ratio would be the only reason to blow a polini kit, but on this forum we can help you out :smile:

change that gears.way to much for a 72cc setup.the 65mph topspeed indicates that.8to1 at the most for ideal low mid and topend performance.
