if it gets to narrow it slips and affects performence, I thing you clutch/belt is slipping and your weights are to heavy, what kinda of clutch spings do you have?
I think your belt is a goner .
MySpree wrote:the belt always has been bad... and teh cluch is stock... fully i wanna add 1500 rpm cluch spring set...
Might be a little high, it's you gotta play with it,and see,the hardest part is I dont think you guy's ever rode a bike from down here ,then you couldd go by feel.
im going to hawaii this summer... maby ill hook up with some of u guys... and well the aero is gonna have a couple more parts on it... i just bought an unrestricted cdi unit and a high prefomnmace coil
sorry to say you dont need the cdi- us models are unrestricted, only imports are restricted,I still run the stock aero coil, should have spent your money else where?
yup, better of getting weights, springs, belt and a ramp/pulley. maybe some light weight clutch shoes.
Most common set up is Kelly pulley.sef or daytona # 2 ramp
afterthat clutches are dependent on your CC's, some run 1500 k clutch and center spring, either west german or daytona center spring and polini clutch springs or west german .
I still run the stock cdi on my stroker
Went for a short ride with the guy's nice and wet/rainy.
