are your weights flat spotted?did you measure the belt-wideness?

uhh the weights are good... not sure about how heay they are, there not the stock ones....and what? about the belt?

if it gets to narrow it slips and affects performence, I thing you clutch/belt is slipping and your weights are to heavy, what kinda of clutch spings do you have?
I think your belt is a goner .

the belt always has been bad... and teh cluch is stock... fully i wanna add 1500 rpm cluch spring set...

Might be a little high, it's you gotta play with it,and see,the hardest part is I dont think you guy's ever rode a bike from down here ,then you couldd go by feel.

im going to hawaii this summer... maby ill hook up with some of u guys... and well the aero is gonna have a couple more parts on it... i just bought an unrestricted cdi unit and a high prefomnmace coil

sorry to say you dont need the cdi- us models are unrestricted,only imports are restricted,I still run the stock aero coil,should have spent your money else where?

yup, better of getting weights, springs,belt and a ramp/pulley. maybe some light weight clutch shoes.
Most common set up is Kelly pulley.sef or daytona # 2 ramp
afterthat clutches are dependent on your CC's, some run 1500 k clutch and center spring,either west german or daytona center spring and polini clutch springs or west german .
I still run the stock cdi on my stroker
Went for a short ride with the guy's nice and wet/rainy.
