Hey i have decided to make the pipe for my adv welding class project.. noiseguy last summer sent me some planes for the spree pipe and well i am going to make it.. i will keep u updated on it..

I tried to build that pipe myself (the plan I send you), couldn't get the bends together. I think you'd be better off modding a cheap Chinese pipe, like I ended up doing. It's way less hassle, cheap ($20), and they work fairly well. And still a worthwhile welding project, b/c you have to bend the pipe around the engine to make it fit (less so on the SE50s).

at this moment in time im gonna try to remake a stock exoust for a spree. jsut to see if i can do it...

What about putting a disc brake on your front end with an SE hub... Didn't that require a little welding to get the bracket onto the fork?

Reworking a pocketbike muffler to an Elite or Spree is a good welding project. You have to section and rotate the chamber to go around the engine. It sounds easier to do than it is, and then get the whole thing to fit the stock downpipe.
