Its a good article and i did not read it completely but i think it failed to mention the 2 pins that ride the S-groove which seperate the rear pulley halves, in a dio or kymco they have 3 and once the grooves are worn the clutch will not expand thus lose of power, also in the last 2 pics you will notice a dark spot on the clutch pads- only 1/4 of the pad is making contact with the bell, an easy fix!

the belt is bad adn the cluch is bad.
