Building up from bare S block.

Just gutted a 01' Honda S engine, I plan to stroke out this block but first clearance and cleaning...lotsa carb cleaner and wenol. now she looks perty. just bought a new Kikaku intake manifold for this project and i just hit my first snag, theres these two bolts that bolt up underneath and I gotta countersink um so theres no belt shredding goin on. heres some pics

Ill put more pics as I modify...I bought wenol metal polish from a kithchen store for my high end pots and pans and thoght Id use it for my block and wow I was quite impressed. Oh and as for the countersink bit, I found one in my bros tool box but you cant use any drill gotta use a close quarter drill.
