THose are all the sk50m bikes madeby honda that I am aware of.As long as on the eng block near the rear trans cover it says af18e you wont have a problem finding a good manifold, but what kind of carb are you planning on running?

Ooohhhh... Nice. I'm looking into ketting one of those. (Actually a af28 zx)
You can use pretty much any dio carb and manifold. Depending on the application you're looking for.
You plan on running a pod filter or airbox?
Different manifolds stick out at different angles. If you're planning onrunning a pod filter go for a chrome ct manifold. Great all around preformance and it has a nice look to it.
As for carbs, one of the most common out here that also gives a good all around pfeformance is made by OKO. Go for maybe a 28mm. You could go smaller (18,22,24) if you're looking to keep the bike more on the quiet side, but 28 give the best all around preformance.
But again, this all depends on you're setup.(cylender, and pipe)
