Ill probably be heading down to the shop in a little while so ill try to get prices on filters manifolds and carbs. And ill take pics while I'm there. Since the website isn't updated.

the pod is better at filtering then a "KN" style, and better in the rain
I would a run a pod,the amount of air flow your engine needs you better off going with a pod,unless you running a race bike !

Indeed. The uni pod is probably a better bet. But its up to you. I also may have access to a used manifold if that's something that might be of interest to you. Again, better to go with new IMHO but there's nothing wrong with the used one if moneys a factor for you.

I do!,the aftermarket secondary arent as good as the older primary's to me ,but that's me!

7 to 7.5 but you will lose alot of torque, unless you running a Polini corsa?
I t should still make the front end light,but? I figure 7-7.5 would be good, what weight are ?

Yeah my black s has the old malossi gears on it. Can't get those anymore.
As for my zx. The motor is completely different from your bike, so the gearing is a little different. But like brother t said. You'd be ok with some 7or9:1
