my 60mph dio spree has more miles with out any break issues... and i hit 60 alot.... did you put new pads on it ever? and are they dragging by chance....

no. there's still plenty of meat left on them, and they are adjusted properly. maybe they were slightly warped before, and now it's amplified

queenkamehameha, that's because you're the best ever.

it dont matter what scooter you have, the brakes warp doesnt matter how much power or speed they are junk... unless you spend millions on them ebc pads those might not be so bad...

In almost all case of brake pulsing it is the drum that is warped. Replace both to cure the problem. Oh and heat from super heavy braking is what warps the drum.

Variator was put aside for now. He has another prototype exhaust getting ready for testing.

I dont care what kind of motor is in it. Its a spree and its the fastest spree on this forum.
No it's not! It's a Dio with a Spree nose-wheel and 2nd-hand lawn-chair front forks. Cool way to save money, though!

More nonsense from jj. Its a spree with a dio engine. Simple as that. Dont forget that we live on the same island. I would be happy to load my spree up in my truck and drive to na'alehu. We can have a nice chat about our bikes and then have a little race for sport. Sound good jj? Pm me and ill give you my cell. I would prefer meeting closer to south point but anywhere is fine.

Things we have learned about QueenKH:
1. He is the fastest, ever, yo.
2. He has the coolest bikes on earth.
3. He is way smarter than everyone on this site.
4. He is also the fastest. On earth. Seriously, don't call him out or he will beat you. TWICE.
