Well, all my stuff from VT Cycles arrived today. Unfortunately, since I still want to use my pump, I will have to do what Motormike did and get some pressure f i t t i n gs put on it. So won't be able to remotely finish it up until Monday when I get the intake back from the shop. Here's a few pics. Hope to see some big gains out of this, seeing as how puny my stock carb was.

I'll update as I go along. :coolcruise:

Tell me ragtop89...does the intake require an adapter in order to mate with the Aero 80 case ??...since the intake is made for Dio, right ?

Not that I can tell, looks like it all lines up to me. I asked Steve at VT for one that fits the NH80, looks like he came through.

EDIT: The reed cage is more than likely the adapter.

No adapter required on the Aero 80. The CT bolts right to the block intake flange.

...I see, how convenient...you're gonna see some significant change in the pick-up. My 125 seems to like the 140 main in my 24mm Mikuni flat slide...I'm still working my way down thru the sizes.

Steve prejetted mine based on feedback from other Aero 80 people on their kits. See how this setup goes. I'll post results.

Got everything installed today.

WOW! What an improvement!

I barely have to give it throttle to maintain 30mph. Went well over 45mph, just a little nervous to do so, I'm a big guy, so flat ground speed may only be over 45. Still going to play with weights and what not. Will post pictures tomorrow, may take this bad boy to work.
