Ruima crank shaft good???

Ive just bought a new old stock Ruima stock stroke large shaft crank for my niftydio anyone used one of these ?Are the any good ?

Its got to be better than the stock crank i have now that has a bugged big end conrod bearing it made some serious noise when it went out no damage any where else thank god id be gutted if i had killed my new corsa

I've had a Ruima ministroke for about 1000 miles. Worked fine during that period.

I've heard that when it comes to reliability, stock honda is the best.

But if your stock crank has buggered up ends, I say go for the NOS Rumia.

thanks for the input.Theres a crank shop here who fit stuffer inserts i will look in to how much this costs .It would be great to get some more crank case pressure

what do you mean by NOS ruima

well i got i priced up stuffer inserts can be fitted to any crank including oem but the down side is $300nzd so that aint gonna happen id rather buy the malossi crank.But any way they reakon they can spin it up and balance it up better that it is (after they check it ) for $20 so ill that instead

That is pretty impressive they can do the insert job and balance it so well. They must weld the inserts on with TIG.

they talked about drilling holes either side of the pin the the inserts come thru .The insert has metal tabs on the ends that then get welded lots of work
