Wow nice work. I am loving the disk setup on my ZX Dio. I do need another set of Dio alloys though! What would be the cost of your setup?

I am also always wanting to make this happen. I was trying to engineer a bolt on for the stock forks but have ran out of time and room in my shop. Someday, I am definitely curious to see what you come up with. Thanks

I am using the standard master cylinder that comes with the ZX. I believe they are all the same for the Dios. I have been mixing and matching between AF28 and AF34(late model dio with horizontal motor). On the back of the master cyl it has a set of numbers that give piston size and stroke etc I think. I have a spare one I can photo graph and get some numbers for you if you want.

My friends use the kymco zx50 MC for their NCY front disc swaps. Readily available and works great, I believe their even a little oversized.

I'm interested in this topic too. I am working on a BBK bike that I plan to take on some real curvy roads and I am pretty sure I will need more brakes.
