carb & manifold upgrade for af05e?

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a carb and manifold combo that works and a supplier. I have a UK Honda Vision and I'm looking for a 19mm carb to get working on a standard bike which has had an exhaust can upgrade (no exhaust restriction). If I'm getting a carb then it makes sense to get a bigger manifold whilst I'm at it. I presume this would be the next logical step? Have had 43.6 mph down a slight hill with just the unrestricted pipe so that's a promising start.
