Very nice, I Like the pun at the end of you post "stay tuned". This will be revolutionary for builds. Actual numbers, pipes, and BBK' questions will be answered with fact. Thank you.

This should be interesting.
Though I would use the term fact loosely cause results are going to vary. You could do a pull with the same scooter 5 days in a row and get a different number. Heck if you do three pulls the same day the numbers will be different, let alone show a 1/4 or 1/2 hp gain from a part change on a scooter. A very good friend of mine ran a dyno shop for a number of years.A great tuning tool but it didnt really stop the fighting and controversy it added to it. Just saying before any numbers are posted and the bickering starts.

With a 1:1 ratio there will be less variances besides humidity and ambient temp. High gain tuning in Parker Colorado has proven the dyno can be consistent through many runs with a 1:1, as consistent as any motorcycle. Most cars you can dyno 6 times in a row and 6 different peak and average numbers.
I'd be down to send a few engines after I break them in.

I will be happy to assist with the 1-1 pulley system on the machining side. Brandon and I have discussed this a time or two.
I am sure there will some back and forth but this will be way more definite than butt-dynos.

Greetings:
Altering the transmission for the Dyno pull - like a chain-drive between the crank and the gearbox? - will eliminate the random variation in power loss due to belt slippage, etc. and give more accurate numbers defining engine power production. But doing so won't reflect the real-world performance of the scooter on the street. Anyway, more information is always better than less.
I look forward to seeing some outcomes. Post is Stickied forth-with.

You can start doing those made up stage kits after you do some part r&d. You and hgt will be the only people I've seen who do their own.

That looks really really good. Almost hits the frame in the front it looks like. I would jump up and down on It to be sure it's good. I likes it.
