This may be a worthy option for the AF05 2-Bolt intake manifolds found on the 1985 Honda Aero 50 & Honda Sprees:

States that a Mikuni VM18 carb mounts right up.

WeBike.net is fantastic....

You can contact them with the part number(s) and they will in turn check the Kitaco's stock/ availability.

If it's in stock @ Kitaco, one could expect 10-12 days for shipping/ delivery to you.

Here's the link:

$44.55

Thanks guys!
Ptsg, what pipe did you pick up? I've been googly eyeing this little guy for a while but have yet to pull the trigger. I'd actually buy it now but I've recently learned there may be a better obtainable pipe on the market.

I grabbed a stock exhaust for a lead90 in hopes that the header would bolt up to the aero 80. No go. But it was 35$ shipped I think and I can likely mod the header to fit my needs. And the can is weldable to a header to get a brand new exhaust for something. Came in 7 days or less.

That looks great. What do you think the options are for porting it out to get a larger flow? how would it compare to a ct manifold with some sort of adapter?

you wont loose case volume with this like you do with the ct and adapter.

Resurrecting this topic.

I actually found one of these on Amazon just a bit ago.

They are a bit pricey though. $71.60

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002TUKNDS

If ordered from japan.webike.net you're talking $63.99 with shipping.

I'm thinking of placing an order for one, just wish I could have a better look at it to see if an SB50 reed cage will work with it. I'm assuming it would, but would hate to waste my money if it doesn't. If it does work though, it would be a better option then having an SB50 intake ported out and would offer MUCH MUCH better flow.

OK, just bought 1. I'll share images of it once it gets here.. Looks like it will be a while though since it's coming in from Japan.

That delivery date explains it. Probably drop-shipping it with the added handling charges.
