The powejet uses vacuum from the engine to pull fuel out of the bowl, through a small jet, and that sucked through in front of the slide. I tried to play with mines but in the end had no luck and plugged it with a bb pellet. You would have to run lean and then when at wide open throttle it supposed to have move fuel. Couldn't figure it out maybe you could?

On some website I heard it was vacuum controlled, so I wonder if it would help w a lean condition when off-throttle maybe. I dunno I guess it could be just a gimmick, I haven't seen any other carbs w em.
