Re: belts
Greetings:
Malossi makes a good belt for both the S and the ZX transmissions. Graphie has/can get them.

Re: belts
I run the malossi belts on my stock elite pulley and my zx pulley, spacing the drive face was required and spacing the tranny cover with some washers. Graphie has the boss spacers too.

Re: belts
Greetings:
I found it feels like it grips the pulleys better, believe it or not. My Flash9 has the ZX rear pulley and uses the 18mm version. It's somewhere between the standard 654mm and the 669mm ZX belts, making it ride a bit higher (further from center) on the rear pulley, perhaps good for a little lower gearing and faster take-off. With the oversized 97mm Malossi front pulley, it can also extend the Overdrive at top speed, for a little higher peak speed - over-range at both ends, perfect.
This guy has a new one for $15. If I didn't already have a spare, I'd jump on it.
