Installing a zx kit on 94sr that was purchased from SSS. I was looking for grind pics of motor/CVT ares. Looked at (how to zx pulley install thread) Only see one pic of case grind for Ruck variator. Does anyone have more info on this swap? Also going to try Ruck-Polini with Malossi ramp plate with zx kit. I would like pics of areas that need to be addressed for safe belt travel. I'm new to 2t and only working on CVT mods at this time. Scoot is completely stock minus a Dr P clutch and dio/elite Polini variator. Thanks

Hi met.
I don't think there's much benefit in installing the ZX Drive on a stock af16 motor. I have both setups on both my scooters. It seems the ZX Drive is a lot heavier and slower. My regular s Drive seems a lot faster . I would only recommend ZX Drive for the big stroker Motors. Where a wider beefy belt is needed, to keep it from snapping.
Let me see if I can post a photo for you.
I'm going to say,
take off 1/8 material on the sides.
Leave 1/8 of material on the bottom. Please look at photo .
That should be good. GL. :thumbwink:

Oh I forgot that little bump on the back bottom needs to be level off to save the top of the belt from scraping.

Thanks Sir
Well it's installed. Test rode it around hood, few WOT take offs, few wheelies, long distance WOT ride. Nothing is rubbing Nothing hitting case. Is this common? I picked up 3 mph on top end and some torque off line ( will pull front up easier ) the scoot is stock. I'm happy with Swap on stock Scoot. Seat of pants tells me it works

Ok so I was sent the wrong size belt. Right now belt rides low on rear pulley. Allowing it to clear humps on case.
